These terms govern your use of 9Tools. By using the site or booking a launch slot, you agree to them.
The service
- 9Tools features nine tools each day on our homepage and archive. Makers can book a launch slot on an upcoming day for the price shown at booking time. Slots are assigned in order, first come, first served.
Accounts
- You need an account (Google sign-in or email link) to book a slot. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Submissions
- You must have the right to submit the tool you book a slot for. Submissions must not be illegal, deceptive, malicious (including malware or phishing), or infringe anyone's rights. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion, including after it has been featured.
- By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your tool's name, logo, link, and description on 9Tools and in our newsletter.
Payments & refunds
- Slot prices are shown before you book and may vary by day. Payments are due at booking. If we decline or remove your submission before it is featured, we'll refund the slot price. Otherwise bookings are non-refundable once the launch day has passed.
Content & availability
- Featured listings, click counts, and the archive are provided as-is. We don't endorse featured tools and aren't responsible for third-party sites you visit through 9Tools. We may change or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9Tools is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

- We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
